The terrain of the pine forest is stable during spring, autumn and winter.
The terrain of the pine forest is usually unstable (sand) during summer. The wetland may be inundated in winter.

Wetland

The wetland is usually accessible in spring, summer and autumn. During winter, if intensive rainfalls occur, some pathways in the wetland may not be accessible without special equipment (e.g. galosh shoes).

Pathways for disabled and accessibility

The pathways for the disabled within the wetland are accessible during spring, summer and autumn.

The wetland may not be accessible during some periods of the winter. However, during these periods, the soil of the forest is stable and accessible for disabled visitors.

Pine forest

After the first rainfalls in autumn and until spring the forest area is accessible by bicycles and disabled as the soil (sand) becomes stable.

During summer, especially in July and August, the soil becomes dry and, therefore, unstable.

The picture to the right shows the degree of the stability of the soil with different colours (green, orange, red). Green is used for steady soil, orange for medium steady and red for unsteady (sand).
