Hardware Specifications

The work dealing with the hardware of the project entitled "Modernization of the supervision and management of the water resources for water supply of Athens" is described. Based on the expected data flow rate general specifications and requirements are defined together with detailed technical specifications for the routers of the Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), files of the Geographical Information System (GIS), runs of mathematical models, and communications. Furthermore, the specifications are extended to the system workstations, the printers, and the network hardware etc.
