Nikos Mamassis

Nikos Mamassis is an Professor at the School of Civil Engineering, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). His scientific fields are in the areas of hydrology, hydroelectric energy, hydrometeorology, geographical information systems (GIS), hydrological modelling, water resources engineering and ancient water hydraulic works.He has about 25 year experience in teaching undergraduate courses (Engineering Hydrology, Energy Technology, Ecology). He has more than 15 year experience in teaching postgraduate courses (in the fields of Hydrometeorology, Floods and Flood Protection Works, Water Resources Management, Advanced Hydrology and Aquatic Environment) in two postgraduate programmes of NTUA.
